Privacy

This notice explains what data this website collects and why. In short: no cookies, no analytics, no ad pixels. If you arrive from one of our ads, the campaign tag in the link (utm) is sent with your enquiry. We only store what you type into the booking form.

Who is responsible

Parcours S.à r.l.-S, 25, rue Neil Armstrong, L-1137 Howald, Luxembourg. RCS B217308. Contact for all privacy questions: hello@parcours.social.

Visiting the site

Our host Vercel processes technical data needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, in short-lived server logs. We do not set cookies and do not use analytics, ad pixels or social media plugins. Fonts and videos are served from our own site, not from third parties.

The booking form

When you use “Book 15 minutes”, we collect your answers (what you need, your sector, team size, budget, timing), your first name, company, email address and phone number, and the campaign tags in the link you came from (utm parameters). While you go through the steps, your answers are kept in your own browser tab (sessionStorage) and disappear when you close it.

When you send the form, the data is emailed to our team so we can call you back and prepare the call. Legal basis: steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for the call you ask for, and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which we record with each enquiry together with the version of this notice.

Who receives the data

Both process data on our behalf. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted at the latest 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep your data for as long as the contract and the legal retention periods require.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@parcours.social. You can also complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.public.lu).
